Very quite, a lot of empty sites here. Kind of nice really. Pool is very nice, heated to 82 degrees night and day. The only thing I have against the park is the speed bumps. You really need to slow down for them. All in all it’s a pretty nice [...]

"Colorado River Oasis RV Resort" in Ehrenberg, Arizona - was rated: 9

The rate is for a non-member overnite stop. This is a Western Horizons resort and allows non-members an overnite “safety” stop at one night maximum. We stayed on a 3 night promotional deal. Listen to a 90 minute, only a medium pressure sales pitch. Roads and sites were gravel. Concrete [...]

Nice park with excellent sites. Would have rated an 8 except for the highway noise. When we called we were told no noise so we feel we were not given the correct picture. Cable TV is a bit fuzzy and limited number of channels.

"Northgate RV Travel Park" in Athens, Alabama - was rated: 9

I stayed here a month and everything the previous posters said is true. Dotty still greets all visitors. There are still many sheep, cows, horses, and goats in the pastures surrounding the campground. Wes, the owner is as nice as can be. It was very cold while I stayed here and [...]

"Poche’s Fish-N-Camp" in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana - was rated: 8

Very friendly staff. Several small lakes for fishing. No charge for fishing if you camp there. Fishing was fair, very windy the days I fished. The park was full for Mardi Gras. Rate is Passport America, for Sun to Thru, then its $30., but they did give us a Good [...]

"Winter Quarters Manatee RV Resort" in Bradenton, Florida - was rated: 9

A great campground, all sites very roomy and over 90% will have enough room for large motor homes & fifth wheels/trailers. Only problem we had was with Tengo internet service, paid for a month, only worked 10% or less of the time. Tengo would not respond to ours or our Canadian friends e-mails. This was [...]

"San Diego Metro KOA" in Chula Vista, California - was rated: 10

Park was very well maintained. Rate was before discounts. Sites were well spaced, but were of barely adequate length. Roads were quite narrow and required very careful maneuvering (but shouldn’t we always). New dog runs have been recently added which were very adequate in size, but sometime after dark, watch dogs [...]

"Lake Aire RV Park & Campground" in Hollywood, South Carolina - was rated: 8

This park is off the road far enough to be quiet, although the train whistle is noticeable. Some people actually like train noises. Sites are wide enough and level, not as wide as area state parks, but typical of private campgrounds. The park appears to be addressing an earlier concern of low [...]
