We stayed in a pull thru site for five days in June, 2009. The sites face each other. No privacy at all. Our fire ring was 34 inches from our neighbors. Not a good set up if you want a little space for yourself. Cable TV was an extra charge.I [...]

"Waterton Townsite Campground" in Waterton, Alberta - was rated: 8

Nice campground. We had a nice level, gravel pull-thru with concrete patio. There is adequate grassy space between sites but with no trees there is a feeling of no privacy. Interior roads are in good shape and wide, easy in and out. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Very convenient [...]

Mostly small crushed rock and dust. Very tight pull thru. Main slide out was against a tree with no room to move away from it. WiFi didn’t work at our site. 50 amp iffy according to my multimeter. Staff OK. We stayed here two nights because we needed a [...]

The park is kept clean, however very little shade on the sites and lots of fulltime older rv’s in this park. Very noisy - park is bordered by train tracks; two hwys. The park advertises that they are kid friendly, however this is not the case. There is no amenities for children. [...]

Went on a $150 all day Friday-Sunday special so we wouldn’t have to worry about 11am checkout on Sunday. Original site was flooded and swampy, guide told us to pick another where we did set up completely and woke to a knock on the door the following morning that we had to move. [...]

"Watkins Glen / Corning KOA" in Watkins Glen, New York - was rated: 8

This is a beautiful, well maintained park. We had one of the super sites in the back of the park and were very pleased with the size and layout of the site. I would give it a higher rating, but the wifi was so slow as to be unusable for all practical purposes.

"Tom Sawyer’s Mississippi River Park" in West Memphis, Arkansas - was rated: 6

This campground is conveniently located close to Graceland and Beale Street. We initially reserved a front pull thru site on the river. Upon arrival, we discovered that our site was in total sun. Seeing the temperature forecast for the week was for the high 90s, we requested to be moved to another [...]

"Glenwood Canyon Resort" in Glenwood Springs, Colorado - was rated: 2

Do not pay for a group tent site unless you are with a large group. The tents are packed in right next to each other, liked packed rats. There is no clear exit from the group tent sites so you have to weave through weeds, trees and hike a ditch. That is [...]

"Westfield / Lake Erie KOA" in Westfield, New York - was rated: 9

This was a last minute choice to stay here and we are so glad we did. The grounds are clean and well kept, the staff is friendly and polite, and the spaces are large even though they are side by side. Our slide was very close to our neighbors slide but the space [...]
