This is one of those campgrounds you will compare all others to and that’s a good thing. This is our first year camping with my family. We have three young boys and this campground worked out great. First off it was as clean as could be. Paved roads and bike paths [...]
Very nice campground with sites on both the sound and the ocean. The campground is split by Highway 12. We had no real complaints or concerns other than the water (bad, real bad) and the wi-fi was pretty slow. We did see some sewage seeping up one of the drain fields after [...]
The most expensive site on the whole trip and yet if you wanted a shower you had to put quarters in to take a shower. Nearest diesel fuel was back in Orr, Mn, about 30 miles away, so plan ahead. Wasn’t much to do if you didn’t have a boat. Wi-Fi was [...]
Great park located next to Graceland. Nice clean facilities and friendly staff.

Nice wide concrete sites with paved roads and grass between. Park has a convenient dump station as there are no sewer hook ups. Pull through sites for the most part are not shaded but several other sites are. There is good security but we did not see a casino shuttle. There [...]
We camped here in order to attend an evening concert at the Kentucky Mine, which is 7 miles away. Worked perfectly for that purpose–this stretch of 49 is a good road to travel at night. However, the campground has seen much better days. Sites are not level and are very small, but [...]
We stayed in the Pine Tree Loop - full hook-up site. The sites were nice, lots of shade. Surrounded by pine trees so it can be some what tricky when parking the camper and when letting out the awning. Some of the camper pads could use some patching and leveling; ours was [...]
[Deferred Resubmission] If you have kids and are visiting the Silver Lake Sand Dunes and Lake Michigan this is the best campground. So much for the kids to do. Great swimming pool, kids activities, basketball, shuffleboard, great playground. If you don’t have kids and want a peaceful and none Sandy campground trip, [...]
