This is a lovely snowbird park, mostly motor homes and 5th wheels, where most seem to be here for 2-4 mos., and most seem to know each other from previous years. Friendly if you make the effort to socialize. The dog park is terrific, and there are many pet lovers/nature lovers here. Neat and secure in what appears to be an area that needs gated parks. We liked this park and would stay again for a short time.
