We arrived to this campground in our motorhome pulling a car/dolly. We planned our vacation months in advance and traveled two full days to reach this campground, so we were quite disappointed with several things immediately. When we arrived, we had no assistance with someone leading us to the site. We disconnected the car from the dolly and made our way down a very precarious, narrow, rutted gravel drive to the site. The road had such a deep rut to the site that I retruned to the office to request a different site. I was told that a neighboring flat site was already reserved. Reluctantly, we entered that site, listening to the motorhome groan as the frame twisted. Try as we might, we could not achieve level without lifting wheels off the ground. The septic hose required the use of an extension hose and actully lead uphill! We couldn’t put out the awning because of untrimmed trees. Several neighboring Big Rig RVers expressed their dissatisfaction with their sites. We planned to stay for a week, but departed after three days. Oh, those flat reserved sites? They remained unoccupied. Caution to large motorhomes or large trailers–this may not be your best choice.
