The rate is for a non-member overnite stop. This is a Western Horizons resort and allows non-members an overnite “safety” stop at one night maximum. We stayed on a 3 night promotional deal. Listen to a 90 minute, only a medium pressure sales pitch. Roads and sites were gravel. Concrete patio but placed at center of site. Not particularly good for motorhomes or many pull units. Sites were adequately long and very nicely spaced. Good WIFI and cable although the channel guide was 3 years out of date. This is still a very good overnite stop or longer stay if you are a member of WH or affiliated group. We would stay here again.
