"Jellystone Park Camp Resort" in Cave City, Kentucky - was rated: 8

Overall this was a fairly nice campground. However the two things that stand out are that some of the sites are no very level and the price. $45 per night at the end of Sept, and the pool/water slide had already been closed. Too pricey for us, and we probably will stay at a different campground in that area on our next trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our youngest son enjoyed the hay ride and flag raising with Yogi. There is a small shop in the office to purchase gifts and some camping items. Bathhouses were clean and plenty of hot water was available. Campground was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay, but like I stated above, too pricey, so we probably will not stay here again. Shame, too, as we liked the campground, just too expensive.
