This is a small Old Florida style park. No pool or big recreation hall. The rest rooms and showers are clean and well maintained. The owner (husband & wife) are very friendly and welcome all. Some evenings guests gather in the common building for music or games or tv. The wireless worked fine for us in a site on the water. The island and area has great fishing, kayaking, touring and awesome places to eat. The locals wave to everyone. If you like clams this is the place.
